SuperMed One Prescription Drug Coverage

Prescription drug coverage is an increasingly important part of a complete and dependable health plan. That is why all SuperMed One plans contain prescription drug coverage. Your SuperMed One ID card is your drug card. After a $250 per single person or $500 per family deductible, SuperMed One pays 80 percent of the first $2,500 in prescription drug costs. (This calculates to a maximum benefit limit of $2,000 per year.) Or you can upgrade your prescription drug coverage. With SuperMed One’s optional prescription drug rider, your out-of- pocket costs will be limited to a $15/$30/$45 copay for each generic, formulary and non-formulary prescription filled. Pay the single copay for retail* or home delivery, pay two times the copay for a 90 day supply. The annual deductible and co-insurance are waived.
